This host the information about academic and non academic staff. The system is able to keep record of all academic and professional qualifications of staff.
Account Management
The accounts management interface is use by the Accounts Department to manage students fees and other related charges for students. It also handles lots of financial transactions of the school such as expenses tracking, banking transactions, excellent and automated accounting processes are available, this include but not limited to Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Norminal Ledger.
E-learning
This interface handles online classes just like zoom, google meet, voov and other video conferencing applications. The lecturer / teacher / staff is able to assign assignments, projects etc. classes can be uploaded to Youtube directly from this interface if only the lecturer / teacher / staff wants to do so. It is very effective to handle distance learning and online conferences.
Attendance Management
This manages the attendance of students and staff. This could be linked to biometric devices so that once student enters a lecture / class, the biometric device sends bio data into the system for collation. Attendance could be entered by the lecturer based on the access rights.
Results Management
The Results Management is used for managing students results. Once results are uploaded, students enter through their portal to have access to their results whereever they are. It is very secured hence no one would be able to change any results for any student. Every result that is uploaded here must be approved by the relevant committee/board because any changes done in leaves a system audit trail.
Parent/Guardian Info Management
Parent/Guardian Information Management portal present information about the guardian or parents of the students. It helps the school to communicate with the guardians where necessary.

Online Examination Management
This helps in the management of online examinations. The system is loaded with questions and answers. The questions appear at random to students to choose the right answers. It is timed. The results go into the student’s accounts.
